DDTik minimizes stored data. Public media URLs are used only to process the requested job. Application logs should store platform, status, timing and a short URL hash instead of full URLs.

Temporary media files expire automatically and are deleted after delivery when DELETE_AFTER_DOWNLOAD is enabled.

Server operators may collect standard security logs such as IP address, user agent, request path and rate-limit events to prevent abuse.
